My family and I have been using Fit for Life Physiotherapy for quite some time, and we are very pleased with their service. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and always punctual. I also appreciate their website, which makes it easy to reschedule appointments and access my exercise program. Having all the exercises available online allows me to review and practice them conveniently at home.

Leslie Hughes saw me for my second appointment after 2 weeks and this time she spent time assessing my left quadriceps muscle in 4 parts and she was able to demonstrate that I indeed had regressed in quadriceps strength and made very interesting protocols for working on these individual muscles using a rolling pin to smooth out the areas of pain and weakness then to improve my Range of Motion, then to follow up after 2 weeks. She also recommended other changes to my exercise program that made eminent sense and provided me with a sense of confidence in moving forward.

I had a great experience with Fit For Life Physiotherapy. Everything was very quick and efficient, and the whole process went very smoothly. Natalie was excellent in assessing my daughter and completing the ADP paperwork right away. After that, we were able to go to the vendor and receive the walker without any delays, which made everything stress-free. The staff were very friendly, and everything was handled professionally. I’m very happy with the service and would 100% recommend Natalie and the team.
