First off, I was able to change the time of the move to a later time. I was quite emotional as my dad was refusing to move to a care facility and I was treated with such kindness and empathy when I explained why I needed to change the time. Al and Patrick showed up exactly on time, were quick and efficient, and also handled everything with care. It was such a treat to not have to take the furniture apart and back together again. They placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it, even if moving it to the left a couple of inches….just a couple more…. I will recommend them to anyone requiring a move.

Have used Five Star many times as they previously moved my mom. Used this service for donation runs and to move myself. Shout out to Jamie and Patrick who went above and beyond also to Evan and his crew. Also special mention for Erica.

A couple months ago, 5 Star moved my parents into a retirement living suite. We were so pleased with their fine service! They were very professional and patient and careful. We love that this is a family business. We really felt like they cared. Thank you 5 STAR!
