It was a great appointment with lots of information regarding my situation. The technician was friendly but the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my appointment was for 9 am and I walked over, not knowing how long it would take, and arrived at 8:45 but their office does not open until 9am so had to wait outside without any seating spot. They dod not unlock their door until 9 am. This should have been addressed by staff that offered me the 9am appointment time.

I had the best experience with Dr. McLatchie! She puts you at ease and makes you feel so comfortable, like you’re chatting with an old friend. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially for those who struggle with social anxiety like I do!
