Our family, including my elderly parents, has been patients of Dr. Carl Tam for over 26 years, and he remains our trusted go-to foot doctor—whether it’s routine cleanings, orthotics, or expert shoe advice. He has always been very patient, thorough, detailed, professional and accommodating in genuine care for his patients in every interaction. Ping, his staff member, is also a very nice and helpful lady who facilitated a wonderful experience during the visit especially as my parents were picky and she patiently guided them through a selection of many shoes. Given my parents had to leave back to Hong Kong, they went above and beyond to rush the orthotics order and fit them into a cancellation slot so my parents could have them in time before they left. My parents normally wouldn't go out of their way to prioritize foot comfort but they were so happy as their feet felt so immediately comfortable from the orthotics. Dr. Tam's thorough foot cleaning made their feet feel noticeably more softer and healthier as they had some foot problems that couldn't be resolved on their own. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Carl to anyone seeking compassionate, patient-centric care. Big thank you to Dr. Carl Tam and team!

The best thing my family doctor could have done was to refer me to footcare place. I have been going there for over five years now and the experience has been nothing but great. The staff is wonderful, caring and friendly. The doctor is great and does his best to take care of my feet. Love this place and will not change to another. Thank uou guys for all your efforts in trying to make my feet feel good.
