Been doing therapy with Jonathan(Chiro) for my spine & back issue ( collaboration with my physio) and Nichole for my thigh & back pain. Jonathan cares about what your worries, what your body says , flexible and give good exercises. Nichole have a very good strength in massaging , knowledgeable and fix my lower back issue def. My journey haven’t end yet but def get a lot better in my pine and thighs

Just had a great bicycle fitting with Cindy. She walked me through the process carefully and answered all my questions along the way. Afterwards she addressed some pre-existing issues I am dealing with, and recommended how to address them. Super helpful session and I learned a lot. I came away with concrete steps to minimize and reduce my aches and also a better understanding of how my bicycle should fit. Thanks Cindy!
