I am going through major foot issues and my podiatrist retired and I was sent here. Highly recommend this place. Dr Donovan and his staff are very caring and really helped me.

I booked an appointment back in February, and it is now April, and they sent a few e-mails and texts confirming the appointment. Then they call me the day of the procedure and ask what I need done?? After I filled out an application and confirmed the appointment 3 times?? Then they said they sent an email on Feb 27th (with no follow up) asking for more info. I missed one of the few emails, and there was no follow up, no phone call, no actual e-mail to my Gmail asking me if I received that message, just the one message link into the ocean app(which I could not open at the time due to being in Mexico). As a new patient to this clinic who has not used the ocean app before, I felt it was a sincere lack of follow up, professionalism, and once I pointed that out they canceled my appointment the day of. Then the receptionist had the audacity to say "I don't have time to chase people." Absolutely would not recommend this clinic to anyone ever due to the lack of accountability. I have also had a phone consult with my family doctor explaining what happened and he also agreed it was a sincere lack of professionalism. I flew back from Mexico to be cancelled on for an incredibly important procedure the day of. If you care about your health choose anywhere else. The other 1 star reviews have reflected this as well.

Dr. Donovan is the only doctor I trust with my foot care. He is gentle, kind, quick, knowledgeable and I always know I am in good hands with him. The receptionist at the front is always so welcoming, fast, and proficient at her job. She calls you by name, and makes you feel right at home.
