I’ve been going to Zippy for my shoulder and neck pain, and I’m really glad I found her. She takes the time to listen and understand what’s actually going on, which makes a big difference. She’s super easy to talk to and explains everything in a way that just makes sense. I never feel rushed during sessions, and she’s always patient and supportive. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement since starting treatment—less pain and better movement overall. I’d happily recommend Zippy to anyone dealing with similar issues.

I am lucky to get recommended Zippy for my very first physiotherapist. At the very beginning of the treatment, I couldn’t tie my hair on my own and had very limited shoulder movement because of severe pain and stiffness. After 9 sessions which is treated and guided for home working out with Zippy, finally I got my flexibility back and confident for normal daily life. Thanks Zippy!

I had a wonderful experience with Dimpy. She provided a truly great massage — very relaxing and professional. The service overall was excellent. A special mention to Ashi at reception as well — she was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommended!"
