They are amazing here and so out going. My son loves Katie! They really know how to interact with kids. Also get free parking! LOL

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident a few months ago, and the team at Innovative has been amazing from day one. Matthew, Alison, Marissa, Nicole and Sheila have all played an important role in my recovery journey. They have all been incredibly professional, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. They are always patient, informative, and supportive, which has made this challenging experience much easier to navigate. Although those are the team members I’ve worked with directly, everyone at the office has been very friendly and welcoming. Their care, communication, and dedication truly stand out. Thank you so much for all of your continued support!

During my time in the hospital after my car accident, I met Nicole and Sheila, who truly opened their hearts and helped me access the proper supports I needed within their office. They have also accompanied me to hospital appointments and provided such a calming presence that I never feel stressed when they were around. More recently, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Matthew, Marissa, and Sonya at the office. They are all extremely friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring in everything they do. They always take the time to listen and support me, and I truly feel looked after whenever I’m there. Anytime I go in feeling upset or overwhelmed, I always leave feeling better and with a smile on my face. I’m very grateful for all of their kindness, care, and ongoing support throughout my recovery journey.
