We are deeply grateful for dr. Serge’s prompt intervention when our son needed it the most. He woke up with a painful toe infection hours before his flight to Winnipeg for the National Table Tennis Championship. He was devastated, believing he wouldn’t be able to compete. Thanks to Dr. Serge’s quick action, everything went smoothly. We were able to catch the plane and our son competed in the tournament. The bronze medal rewarded his hard work. Thank you for your professionalism and exceptional support when it mattered the most.

I had an excellent first experience at the KW Foot Clinic on Highland. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel welcome and well cared for. Dr. Serge was outstanding. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and remained calm, patient, and flexible throughout the procedure. His professionalism and reassuring approach made the entire experience memorable. Leah the Nurse was wonderful. Leah took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand, making sure I knew what to expect and felt comfortable every step of the way. Joanna at the front desk. Every time I have called to book an appointment or ask questions, she has been respectful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her excellent customer service always leaves a positive impression. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team. I highly recommend KW Foot Clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and exceptional foot care.

Hi foot fam 👋! I’ve been coming here since moving to Kitchener a year back! I live in Hamilton and have kept this as my foot place because of the great staff and the lovely Dr.Serge! So happy I stumbled across this clinic so close to my new fav coffee shop! Love the services and the friendly faces behind the desks !!
