Adrien is the best! He's highly knowledgeable and has a science-based approach. Super convenient location downtown, and I love that he has proper gym equipment. He's helped me with many sport-related injuries and fitness issues. Highly recommended!

My experience with Kaizen Health has been wonderful. I would fully recommend to anyone who is looking to improve there quality of life and start the journey to end the pains we all have been carrying around with us and never seem to find the answers and permanent solutions. Adrien is my therapist and has been exceptional at communicating what my problems are and the path to healing. Thanks again Adrien !!

Adrien is a thorough and thoughtful physiotherapist. He was recommended to me by someone I trust on the advice of my physician. After diagnosing my injury, he gave me several exercises and immediately after doing them with him I felt a difference! He listens carefully, is very sincere and knowledgeable.
