I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Kinatex with Sarah Mei Roy. After over 2 years of chronic pain, and only six visits with her, she was able to help with a detailed analysis of my condition involving pelvic floor issues and forward a comprehensive report in French to my gynecologist who had not been able to help. Sarah Mei discovered issues that my gynecologist and urologist were unsuccessful in diagnosing, possibly due to the language barrier that exists. Her command of English in a French speaking society was invaluable in assisting me. Her patience, careful manner and diligence were extremely helpful in giving me exercises and relaxation techniques to move forward to heal my condition. I now feel hope that a solution will be found thanks to Sarah Mei’s professionalism and commitment to helping me. Kinatex has a true gem in Ms. Roy. I highly recommend this clinic.

I am receiving Ergotherapy from Madam Annabelle, and the experience has been truly wonderful. Her treatment approach, attentive follow-ups, and dedication to helping me recover are remarkable. She is making every effort to restore my health and get me back to work. The environment is also very welcoming and supportive. I am highly satisfied with her service and would gladly recommend her to others.
