I am delighted with the service from Dr. Sarah Urton. Dr. Urton was the one to prove to me the benefit of Orthotics which are now on order. Great Kits location for my wife and I. "Friendly staff" is another reason to check it out. Happy feet are important to me! - DA

After trying 3 other podiatrists who didn’t seem to really be that interested in working or educating, I found Dr W Urton! Although he has just as lengthy a career, he was willing to spend the time figuring out the exact problem and educating me on the physical reasons why I have forefoot/toe pain. He is kind, friendly, and thorough, and his daughter Sarah Urton and all the staff are the same. The $50 insoles just weren’t cutting it anymore and I now have orthotics. Hopefully back to two hour hikes soon! 😁 Thank you everyone at Kitsilano Foot and Ankle Clinic! 💕

While Dr Sarah Urton is very lovely to deal with and seems knowledgeable, I feel the price is very high for the length of appointment and quality of advise. Get your orthotics elsewhere for much cheaper or directly from Paris Orthotics and save yourself over $100 by cutting out the middleman. Also it takes 6 weeks to get them made with Dr Urton (they send the molds out to Paris Orthotics)and the office still uses plaster casts vs 3D imaging done at more modern facilities. At Paris Orthotics directly it is only 7 days! Plus Paris waives their consult fee if you order their orthotics. Wish I had known to go there directly in the first place as the orthotics I ordered from Dr Urton never did show up and mold were apparently lost in transit - took a refund.
