We had a legal issue on a denied property damage insurance claim. Not being happy with the denial, we sought legal help. In that we had used League and Williams in the past and were happy with their service, we reached out to them at their Victoria office as the problem was based there. Mr. Darren Williams contacted us, reviewed all materials and rendered us a digestible, readable opinion. Mr. Williams advised us we did not have a case. What's important about this is that he did not string us along and did not charge a fee. As well, in all emails he got back to us pretty quickly, as in same day or morning of the next day. I recommend them. League and Williams have other locations in BC, easily found on Google.

I was working with a lawyer regarding Estate Planning, Enduring Power of Attorney and Health Representation Documents. I was referred to League and Williams regarding House Title requirements and was contacted by Macinly Fram. Telephone and email correspondences were done very professionally. Meeting Macinly in person by myself, my wife, and step daughter for signing purposes left a very positive impression. When the lawyer working on the Estate Planning was not able to complete the process due to retirement, both myself and my step daughter immediately thought of Macinly, and we were delighted that Macinly (and her Assistant Teniel) were able to assist with this matter to completion for my wife. This matter was time sensitive, and due to my wife's health issues Macinly and Teniel were very accommodating in coming to our house to make it more comfortable for my wife. I definitely will be using Macinly for Estate planning, and related documents for myself in the near future.
