I saw Paula Anderson for pelvic floor physiotherapy...she was great...she provided me with tons of resources for self-care going forward including some that incorporated the mind-body connection. My hip pain and feeling of pelvic misalignment is improved and i have tons of resources/programs to do myself at home to keep my pelvic floor more relaxed!

I had a great experience at Nahid Acupuncture. I started treatments for tendon pain in my hand, and I’m truly happy with the results. Nahid is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The clinic is always calm, clean, and relaxing. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Nahid Acupuncture.
