I saw Paula Anderson for pelvic floor physiotherapy...she was great...she provided me with tons of resources for self-care going forward including some that incorporated the mind-body connection. My hip pain and feeling of pelvic misalignment is improved and i have tons of resources/programs to do myself at home to keep my pelvic floor more relaxed!

I had a great experience at Nahid Acupuncture. I started treatments for tendon pain in my hand, and I’m truly happy with the results. Nahid is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring.
