  Highly recommend Sam and the team at Lifemark Bayers Road! Sam is very professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about his clients. He is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had and could not recommend him more. Steve has also been fantastic to work with. I've made great progress under his care and wouldn’t be where I’m at now without him. As an amazing bonus, the entire staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service every visit!

  I was looking forward to my first appointment at Lifemark Health Centre because I’ve heard good things about the clinic and their services. However, I was disappointed with how my recent appointment was handled. Patients are expected to pay the full appointment fee if they cancel with less than 24 hours notice, which is understandable. But in my case, my 8:30 AM appointment on a holiday was cancelled only about 15 minutes before the scheduled time because there was apparently no one available at reception. By that time, we were already on the way after waking up early specifically for the appointment. A little more advance notice would have been greatly appreciated, especially considering the strict cancellation policy in place for patients. To their credit, they did try to accommodate me by offering a later 3:00 PM appointment the same day, but unfortunately I was no longer available by then. I still appreciate the effort to reschedule and hope the clinic can improve communication and scheduling practices moving forward.

  After having a bad experience at another clinic I was hesitant to go to another massage therapist. Well I had my first appointment with Tracy today. She was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout our session. She definitely knows what she's doing and I will be back. I feel 75% better and booked my second session. Excellent Tracy, and thank you for being great at what you do!
