I had a case of very painful plantar fasciitis. Over a period of six visits, I was assessed and provided with treatment which involved tailored stretches and strengthening exercises. The therapists provided clear instructions and I was able practice them in the clinic, which allowed me to exercise at home. In this very short time, my condition has improved 90%. I’m very happy with the results. I have nothing but praise for this clinic and the staff’s dedication toward their clients’ well-being. I highly recommend the whole team.

I had an excellent experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy, especially their physiotherapist Meghavi Chitania. I saw Meghavi for therapy to recover from a wrist pain that I was having consistently for the past two years. Meghavi was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns without rushing. She has a strong ability to assess and identify the root cause of the issue, rather than just treating the symptoms, which made a huge difference in my wrist pain and its recovery. The treatment she provided was highly targeted and effective, and I noticed significant improvement in the function of my wrist. She explains things clearly, is very knowledgeable, and creates a treatment plan that feels both personalized and practical. She is trustworthy, compassionate, and highly skilled, everything you would want in a physiotherapist. I always felt comfortable and confident in her care. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced and results-driven physiotherapist.

I feel welcome since day 1. Meghavi definitely delivers the service I needed. She’s kind and gentle and ready to answer all questions. They are flexible in terms of the treatment available. I feel some difference after my 3rd visit and looking forward to the next sessions for complete recovery. Deborah at the reception provides an added touch to the services of this facility.
