Hired them to help an elder relative deal with bedbug issues and they were great! Very quick responses from the office and the team that arrived was competent, careful and pleasant to deal with. My relative said, “ I am completely happy.and satisfied.I felt respected—-and “life happens “ and safe! A job well done!” We are having them back for help with a few more things. Definitely recommend them.

Anatoli & Diego were absolutely fantastic in sorting & cleaning my brother's apartment. They were so kind & respectful to the circumstances. They went over & above my expectations & I was amazed at the transformation of the apartment. I would 100% recommend Local Trauma Clean to everyone who is in need of this type of service. Alex and his team member did a great job cleaning the house. Everyone I talked to leading up to the actual clean (Chris, Rob and Sarah) were all very professional and easy to talk to. They were being asked to come in and clean up a tough situation. They were very responsive and came right over to provide an estimate and then scheduled the actual cleaning day for just a few days out. Throughout the whole process they communicated regularly with me to ensure I always knew what was happening. As I was in a different town, at the end of the job Alex sent me a series of pictures to show me the results of the cleaning with a full description of what was cleaned. Throughout the whole process I knew I was in good hands and felt the job would be well done. I was right - Alex and his associate did a great job and the Local Group team kept me informed the whole time. I would recommend the Local Group whole heartedly!
