⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Daniel at Markham Orthotics and cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he is a true master of his craft. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and genuinely focused on understanding my needs rather than rushing through the appointment. Daniel completed a detailed assessment, carefully examined my alignment and biomechanics, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. I felt confident that he was not simply making a generic insert, but creating orthotics specifically for my body, posture, and individual concerns. What impressed me most was that everything was done in-house. Daniel personally completed the molding, fabrication, adjustments, and fitting. I arrived around 2:00 p.m., and because I was leaving the country and urgently needed the orthotics, he went above and beyond to complete the entire custom pair on the same day. That level of skill, flexibility, and customer care is extremely rare. The final fitting was precise, and Daniel took the time to make sure the orthotics felt right and worked properly before I left. My husband and I both needed orthotics so we found Daniel at Markham Orthotics and we can’t recommend him enough. He’s friendly, welcoming, and made the orthotics appointment seamless. Something he does differently is that he uses a physical cast of your foot to mold your orthotics into something truly customizable towards your needs, vs using digital tools. Thank you Daniel!
