Logan is such an incredible support. It’s been almost a year since I've been working with him, and I've seen significant progress in how I handle my emotions. When I first met Logan my anxiety was at an all time high. He worked with me to develop a better relationship with myself and my emotions. During our therapy sessions he always invited me to listen to what my body is saying, and to pay attention to what is going on internally. From each session, I felt reassured, anchored and at peace. He also sends resources after the session - which I found really useful. His method is practical, and you can tell he pays attention to detail. He is easy to work with him, makes you feel comfortable and listened to - Highly recommend him as a therapist.
