I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. Communication was extremely poor and unprofessional. They misplaced my intake form, and for nearly a month I was told every week that someone would get back to me “by Friday.” No one ever followed through, and I was left constantly chasing updates. After weeks of delays and no meaningful progress, I had no choice but to retain another law firm. Stay away if your matter is urgent or nearing deadline.

recently bought a property with my fiancé, and I needed to get a property agreement made. I am very happy I went with this law firm. Meghan whom was my lawyer was very professional and knowledgeable. I had lots of questions, and I really appreciate her patience in answering them. I am very satisfied with the property agreement drafted by Meghan. I highly recommend Meghan at this law firm.

I had a long ICBC claim process and Meghan helped me through the settlement from start to finish. Communication sometimes took time because of scheduling and ICBC delays, but she always kept me updated and continued pushing the case forward. In the end, she worked hard to get everything finalized and explained the process clearly. I appreciate her effort and support throughout the case. Thank you again Meghan and Meridian Law Group.
