  We had the absolute pleasure of working with Britta and Taylor on the preparation of our wills. This was our first time drafting a will as the subject matter was initially daunting and overwhelming, causing us to delay the process for far to long. We finally decided to begin in 2026. This is where we met Modern Wills. Both my husband and I are professionals and have worked with many different lawyers in our personal lives and careers and we were absolutely blown away at the utmost professionalism and care Britta provided during the entire process. It was unmatched to anyone we have worked with before. Throughout the process, she listened attentively, addressing every concern and question and ensuring they were not only answered but also explained in a manner we could comprehend. She was thoughtful, kind, and offered excellent suggestions to consider throughout the process. Each time we met she had clearly remembered our wishes from prior discussions and made sure to follow up on any outstanding issues.   Putting together our wills and Powers of Attorney was an emotional event. Britta and Taylor were professional, thoughtful, encouraging and extremely thorough. We enjoyed the process and appreciate their competence and always timely information. Everything went smoothly and we are glad that we finally updated our wills. We highly recommend Modern Wills.
