  To be honest, this service was a BIG help. Moving is not an easy thing for me anymore. Between work and injuries, I had no idea how I was going to pack and move. Luckily, a friend recommended "Move Coordinators" to me. Their bread and butter client are seniors, but as a very busy professional that also has limitations that restrict how much I can do on my own, this was the perfect service for me. Dealing with Karen was an absolute breeze, she arranged for everything, movers, people to come pack me up, and checked in on me throughout the entire process. All at a very reasonable cost. So if you happen to be like me and would rather do almost anything than deal with another move, reach out to Move Coordinators. It was the easiest move I've ever had.

  My client and I hired Move Coordinators to assist with liquidating an estate property this past fall. While communication was timely and agreed-upon timelines were generally respected, challenges arose regarding the disposal of belongings that could have been addressed more reasonably. Instead, costs continued to increase, and we were ultimately left with an amount owing that felt disproportionate to the services provided. Upon reviewing the invoices, we also noted that gratuities had been added without prior disclosure. At the time of signing the contract, there was no indication that gratuities would be charged on the client’s behalf by the company. When these concerns were raised, there was little accountability or willingness to address them. The lack of transparency added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Attempts to resolve the matter were unsuccessful. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully research alternatives before booking.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was hands down the BEST moving experience I’ve ever had! In the past, I always did my own packing, transportation, and unpacking with the help of friends and family (paid in pizza and beer). That usually ended with things broken, items lost, and once even a bumper torn off a pickup truck. What seemed “cheap” always turned out expensive in the end. Take it from me: let your friends be just friends—not your moving company! This time I hired Move Coordinators, and I couldn’t be happier. They specialize in taking care of every aspect of moving, and their years of experience saved me all the stress and frustration. • Day 1: They packed my entire apartment in one day while I went out to visit friends. • Day 2: The movers loaded the truck, unloaded everything into my new place, and then Karen and Margie came in and set everything up. I just sat back, gave a few directions, and let them work their magic. Karen and Margie were amazing—not only did their experience help me make smart organizational choices, but they were also so fun and enjoyable to be around. By the end of the move, I felt like I had gained two new friends. What really impressed me is that Move Coordinators is more than just a moving company. They offer a wide range of services, and if there’s something they don’t personally handle, they know exactly who to call. With all the trusted business relationships they’ve built, they truly are a one-stop shop for moving.
