As a 75 year old inactive male, I wintered poorly and asked Amee to help with various joint/muscle pain/stiffness. In 6 short visits, her efficient, friendly, and well explained program, has me feeling 15 yrs younger, and committed to self exercise. Well done Next Step.

Jem was the Physio therapist that taking of my daughter he does a good job for her. He was very accomodating open to our questions and inquiries. He assist my daughter on her back problem and injuries.The lady in the reception was very pleasant her name is Charlene. All in all we are satisfied in the service. Keep it up!
