I had the pleasure of working with Emily and her team for a series of videos. Both Emily and her team were exceedingly kind, professional and welcoming—and it was very evident that they know what they're talking about in terms of their work/profession. I also appreciated their approach with integrating nature with therapy.

I highly recommend Noia Wellness! They truly do strive to be inclusive of everyone's needs, comfort levels, struggles and preferences. Noia is a collection of Hamilton Therapists who help people with anxiety and depression, stress and burn out, student transition, relationship counseling, and a variety of other services. They are very holistic offering CBT, DBT, nature therapy, and traditional methods of therapy amongst others. They offer in-person hamilton appointments but offer online appointments for those wanting to connect from home. They have both male and female therapists who offer a variety of approaches and specialties. They also have bilingual therapists too! The therapists are approachable and compassionate. What I love about this practice is that Emily the owner really is trying to create a place where everyone feels like they can get support. From bilingual options, to therapist gender preference and the the varieties of approaches they offer, it allows people to really find a method of therapy that works for them. Emily has integrity for helping the Hamilton community and creating a space for people to grow and heal in. We do not have benefits for private counseling since we own our own business and I love that Noia Wellness has affordable therapy options using a sliding scale that helps people in any financial position to get the help they need. Highly recommended!
