I was feeling a little wobbly going into this one (I don't usually want strangers interacting with my feet lol) but everyone at this clinic was absolutely lovely. Amber the receptionist was up front and clear about what to expect right from the initial email, and she seemed to have a very friendly rapport with returning clients while I was in the waiting room. Dr. Crosby gave me a few options for treatment, thoroughly explained each, and talked me through what he was doing as he did it. He also made a couple little jokes as he was working (love) without joking about my feet (what a relief lol). Finally, he did the tidiest little foot wrap I've ever seen. An artist, really. I can't believe I had a nice time at a foot clinic.

From intake at the front desk with office administrator, Amber, to the assessment for orthotics with Dr. Crosby, the appointment was a positive experience. Amber has high soft skills and treats each client with compassion and appropriate assistance. Dr. Crosby did a thorough evaluation and explained how the orthotics work to alleviate my plantar fasciitis. The process for casting was comfortable & seamless. I received my orthotics as told in 2 weeks. Gabriella, fitted my orthotics to accommodate 2 pairs of shoes and gave additional information to help in my transition to wearing them. The entire staff is professional, attentive and have good communication skills.

Dr Crosby is awesome. Love this guy. I had chronic Morton’s neuroma. It was super painful. Now it’s it’s almost 100% gone and we aren’t done yet. So glad I went to see him!
