  I am truly greatful for the kindness and care the staff showed me. I hajust had major back surgery and they had to transport me to a hospital closer to home. That trip was almost 14hours for them round trip! JP was my 1:1 caregiver for the trip. He went above and beyond to care for my every possible need sometimes before I needed it. His smile and kind heart really helped me through the trip. Thank you all for the top notch care! Especially JP.

  My 88 year old grandmother had to be transported from Scarborough Centenary hospital back to Bowmanville hospital on Friday May 15th 2026. JP & Vinnie showed up & all I can say is what a fabulous team! They turned what could’ve easily been a scary experience into something she will not only remember, but will share with anyone who will listen. They did everything they could to comfort her, including giving her a little lion toy & she’s been completely attached to it since! A big thank you to these 2 men for making this time of my family’s life a little lighter and showing my grandmother just how big both of your hearts are. My family is eternally grateful for what you do.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with NUPT and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing patient transport. From the very beginning, the information-gathering stage was handled in a very pleasant and reassuring way. When I first called, I spoke with Padram (who I believe may be the owner), and he took the time to walk me through everything in detail. He helped determine the safest and most appropriate way to coordinate my father’s transfer from home to the hospital via stretcher, and he carefully reviewed timing options to ensure my father would arrive for his MRI appointment without stress or risk. In the days leading up to the appointment, I called a few times to confirm details, and each time I was met with patience, professionalism, and reassurance that everything was in place. On the day of the transport, Padram personally called me to let me know the crew was on their way, which gave me great peace of mind. The two staff members who arrived were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly caring. My father is very weak and fragile, and they handled him with such tenderness, respect, and confidence. They took their time, ensured he was comfortable at every step, and were attentive and reassuring throughout the entire process. This was a stressful situation for our family, and NUPT made it feel calm, safe, and well-managed from start to finish. I am truly grateful for the care and professionalism they provided. I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them to others.
