I was referred to okaped after a work injury and needed to secure a ankle brace. The entire process was smooth. I came Into the office (free parking to the side of the building in the designated business spot) I was fitted for my ankle brace and left with it covered by worksafe the same day. Friendly, efficient and an overall great experience. Thanks Katrina and Jeff!

I have been coming to Okaped for 18 years and should have written a google review years ago, but here it is now! Paul at Okaped has been a tremendous help for dealing with issues associated with my feet. At many times throughout the years, I thought I would no longer be able to walk the golf course, but with his help I'm still walking the course today. He has made many sets of custom orthotics and toe separators for me. He provides these products in a very timely manner and ensures they work perfectly, making all necessary adjustments. Paul has a most pleasant personality, is easy to talk to, and listens well. His relentlessness to solve all my foot issues is greatly appreciated. Thank you Paul and Okaped!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jeff Fink and the team. Got in on a short notice scheduled appointment and got the no nonsense thorough evaluation. Needed to stop in the next day on an unscheduled walk-in and they got me in immediately. Again, very thorough and prompt. Left feeling appreciated and satisfied. Thanks to Jeff and his crew for making me and my dumb knee feel better.
