I came for a partial nail avulsion procedure (ingrown toenail removal) and I’m so grateful to Dr. Shepherd for her professionalism, friendliness, and super efficient handling. The procedure was really smooth thanks to her experience, and she took the time to explain every step beforehand, which helped set my expectations very well. Highly recommended!

Seemed like they'd be helpful after the first visit. Became clear after I got the recommended orthotics they were really just in it for making orthotics. If you know you need orthotics and there's nothing else wrong with your feet they can probably help? I checked first visit that I was wearing the right type of shoes and size, Fraoch told me they were perfect even though I thought I should be a half size down. When the orthotics came they made my foot issues worse. Fraoch blamed it on the fit of the shoes (same ones she'd previously called perfect) Couldn't tell me where the fit was wrong, when I asked again if I should be going a half size down for better fit she said no because the orthotics were made for the other size. Doesn't matter that the orthotics were dislocating my toes. Offered zero help with foot issues once I got the orthotics. Also she ended our last appt by just leaving the room(originally read: walking out)while we were still in the middle of a discussion and didn't come back. Edit-post response: First off, I would just like to apologize for any offense you took from my phrasing, it was not my intention. I literally didn't know you had any disability and used a common turn of phrase. It was in no way meant as a 'cheap shot' or insult of any kind. I'm truly sorry if you read it as such, or if it came across as such. Truly didn't know Now for the rest of your response.... I don't think 'golly' has been used non-sarcastically since the 1940s, which speaks to the professionalism to expect here I would like to point out I never recieved the followup email from you that you mentioned here you'd send. Notes were not written during the appt, I would love to learn more about what is wrong with my feet...however you've shown yourself to be the wrong person to help me for several reasons. Most recent being you suggesting I need help 'interpretting' what you said to me. The suggestion being...?
