  I first came to Prana Physiotherapy in Surrey because I needed consistent support to improve my movement patterns. The environment is warm and welcoming, making it the best physical therapy clinic I have visited. Everything from the booking process to the sessions felt efficient and friendly.   I had an excellent experience with Palak Patel, and I am truly grateful for the care and guidance she provided throughout my recovery. I was involved in a very serious accident and was experiencing a significant amount of pain, especially on my right side, including my lower back and shoulder. I also had severe muscle spasms and swelling, and at the beginning, even simple movements were very difficult. Palak was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and caring throughout my treatment. She carefully assessed my condition and guided me through different stages of rehabilitation, including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, rehabilitation exercises, and massage therapy. She created a personalized treatment program based on my needs and progress. What I appreciated most was the way she explained everything to me. She took the time to help me understand how my body was recovering, how the different machines and treatments worked, and how hands-on therapy and exercises would help me gradually regain my strength and mobility. Her guidance gave me confidence throughout the recovery process. Thanks to her dedication, expertise, and consistent support, I have made a great recovery and feel so much better today. I highly recommend Palak Patel to anyone looking for a physiotherapist who genuinely cares about her patients and is committed to helping them recover.   I had great experience during my 4 weeks visits to Prana Physiotherapy. The scheduling process was smooth and simple from the start. I found the physiotherapy sessions to be efficient and helpful in my daily routine. Special thank to Palak Patel who was professional and friendly and applied multiple approaches to relieve my shoulder pain. Her massage of problem area was the best and I feel way better now. The office is easily one of the best in Surrey for consistent care. Thank you for the professional support throughout my visits.
