  Desiree is the best RMT Downtown!! She makes sure you’re comfortable and that you get the best tailored experience. She also offers follow-up guidance which is quite beneficial. The only problem is she’s booked out pretty fast so make sure you get on her waitlist.

  I was experiencing some very intense shoulder & neck pain. Called Rebalance Sports Medicine and was able to get in that morning! Dr. Sara was so thorough & really took the time to understand what was happening. She helped relieve some of the pain and gave me so many helpful tools/tips to loosen up my neck & shoulders! If I lived in Toronto I’d absolutely be going back to Dr Sara!

  I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel better! I went with intense pregnancy back pain and Dr. Sarah Altenhof knew right away what to do and how to help me. Because of the high amount of stress I had, she also recommended a massage session with Sasha, and that was another hit! They are both great professionals and I'm very greatfull for their help 🙌🏽🫶🏽
