Had an amazing experience with the Kids First program for my son with Laura Brunton. Great experience from start to finish, we loved speaking to Sam at the front desk. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Thanks again!

Rehab First was the most chaotic healthcare provider I’ve ever dealt with. Reports were consistently delayed, communication was poor, and even basic requests often turned into arguments. When I pointed out that they were being paid for their services, the secretary replied, “Well, your insurance pays us, not you.” That comment summed up the entitled attitude I experienced. I also asked to have an Occupational Therapist removed from my file. They agreed but never followed through. When I brought it up again, the secretary argued with me instead of resolving the issue. At one point, this same Occupational Therapist called me for a scheduled appointment but, in the middle of the call, said they had to deal with personal matters and ended the conversation abruptly. In my opinion, this organization is disorganized, unprofessional, and should be avoided.
