Michelle and her team are highly effective at promoting resiliency because they work simultaneously on the mind, body, and patterns that determine how a person responds to stress. I have referred a number of patients to the Resiliency Clinic and their team of psychologists teach nervous system regulation and help build skills for emotional regulation, problem-solving, and connection—which results in healthy coping mechanisms, stress recovery, and long-term psychological strength even in people who have experienced significant trauma. I am lucky to have such a fabulous clinic to refer patients who need their help.
