My son went to visit this Dr. With a problem with both of his feet. He is a carpenter and doesn't complain easily. After 2 weeks of limping, he went to see Dr. Retson. This was the 1st time I've seen my son this angry and frustrated at a Dr. When he went in to see him, Dr. Retson wasn't interested in hearing my sons symptoms. He barely looked at his feet and started randomly rhyming off possibilities. He told my son to Google his foot symptoms to see how other people dealt with the pain. He then gave him a list of running shoes to try. This was shortly after my son explaining he doesn't have an issue with sneakers but his time on the job with his work boots. The same boots he's used the last 2 years and never had an issue and that this was a new problem. Dr Retson then told him to go to Murphy Gear and buy new boots.. oh and charged $70.00 for the visit. It was obvious to my son that he was not interested in hearing any symptoms and just wanted to finish his day and go home. The Dr didn't consider that his patient had to take time off work to go to this appointment only to have wasted his time and money. Won't be going back to this guy.. Dr. Retson, if you are no longer interested in helping those who depend on medical professionals to help them, please retire and make room for those who truly want to do a good job.

Dr. Retson did a matrixotomy and it was the amazing how he injected the freezing without any pain. I would highly recommend him for any feet issues.
