  I've been seeing Manpreet for about a year now and I have nothing but great things to say. With the stigma that is attached to counselling, I was nervous to find someone. But the moment I did my consult with Manpreet, I felt pretty comfortable and even more so in our sessions. Manpreet is someone who will step into your shoes and experience your confusions, trauma, and achievements with you. It was honestly a beautiful experience having her feel my emotions with me and in turn made me feel very safe and open. I love that I feel in control and I am guiding the sessions, it really changes my perspective on counselling. From someone telling you what is right and wrong vs. someone listening to everything and helping you organize your thoughts. The tools and skills I have learned from Manpreet are invaluable and I utilize them all the time. With the tremendous amount of growth I have had, I have genuinely recommended Manpreet to my loved ones and watched them grow as well. If you are thinking about wanting to understand yourself better, I wouldn't look further than Manpreet.

  There’s a lot of counsellors/ therapists out there that do the bare minimum; they listen, they give feedback or advice. But Manpreet goes WAY above and beyond that!! She creates a safe, judgement-free space where it's easy to be honest and open. She educates you on mental health in an easy-to-understand way so you can understand the science behind your mental health struggles. She provides amazing resources so you can continue working on your mental health even when you’re not at an appointment. She’s super flexible and receptive to your needs. Also If you are apart of the Punjabi/South Asian community, she is culturally sensitive to your experiences which is amazing and super hard to find! Overall, she is an amazing, out-of-this world counsellor. You can also tell that she’s just a caring, kind, and awesome person in general too. I would straight up give a bajillion stars if I could !!!
