  Loved working with Darren and the team while purchasing our new home! Cameron and Nicole held our hand through the whole process and were always quick and patient when responding to our questions. When we came in to sign the paperwork, Cameron took us through everything, thoroughly, to make sure we did not miss anything and all was on point. Really appreciated. Also, Peg in reception is awesome! Thanks again for the wonderful service, team!

  We initially had a different law firm handling our real estate closing. However, on the day of our scheduled closing appointment, they unexpectedly cancelled our meeting. As first-time homebuyers, that experience caused us a great deal of stress and uncertainty. It made us question whether we could rely on them during such an important milestone, so we decided not to take any chances and looked for another lawyer. From the moment we contacted R+C, the experience was completely different. Their team was responsive, approachable, and made the transition seamless. We were assigned to Cameron and Caleb, and they were exceptional throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer every question we had with patience, honesty, and complete transparency—even explaining every cost down to the last cent. As first-time homebuyers, that level of care and attention gave us tremendous peace of mind.   We first used Caleb as our Realestate lawyer when we purchased our home a few months ago. After googling Realestate lawyers near me…Richard’s + Co.came up. They were fast to reply to our initial inquiry with detailed Information on the process and what to inspect. Upfront with fees. We were kept informed at all times. Upon meeting Caleb to sign papers our first impression was he was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke in terms we could actually understand! We weren’t just signing papers blindly. The transaction went smoothly. I recently sold my Duplex and Caleb was of great help once again. Very responsive to emails or calls. Caleb took the time in office to answer questions and guide me through a few glitches. Demi kept me updated and informed at all times, friendly on the phone. Again another smooth realestate transaction on the Sale side. The office is modern, easy to find and has good parking. Everyone we encounter was friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office.
