We first used Caleb as our Realestate lawyer when we purchased our home a few months ago. After googling Realestate lawyers near me…Richard’s + Co.came up. They were fast to reply to our initial inquiry with detailed Information on the process and what to inspect. Upfront with fees. We were kept informed at all times. Upon meeting Caleb to sign papers our first impression was he was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke in terms we could actually understand! We weren’t just signing papers blindly. The transaction went smoothly. I recently sold my Duplex and Caleb was of great help once again. Very responsive to emails or calls. Caleb took the time in office to answer questions and guide me through a few glitches. Demi kept me updated and informed at all times, friendly on the phone. Again another smooth realestate transaction on the Sale side. The office is modern, easy to find and has good parking. Everyone we encounter was friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office.
