I used Ross & McBride for my wrongful dismissal suit. I could not have been happier with the final result of what turned out to be a very difficult and drawn-out case. Ed Canning was my lawyer and was tenacious, knowledgeable, and confident. I strongly believe that his expertise and guidance helped me immensely in maximizing my result. Ed and his team approached my situation (company restructure) with empathy and the utmost professionalism. In 2021 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that left me with chronic back pain. Taran Hoogsteen, under Francesca Rollo, was an amazing lawyer that showed great commitment to my case. His team of staff were also easy to work with. He was always thorough, professional and empathetic to my needs. I felt I could be myself with him and although the 4 year process to a settlement wasn't easy, I always felt assured knowing I had the best team in Hamilton as my representation. I would highly recommend Ross & McBride and specifically Taran Hoogsten if you are in need of legal representation.
