  Monica and her team made sure our move went as smoothly as possible. She laid out everything and handled so much personally, we were pretty blown away. Her packers (Adriana and Janet) were especially kind and thoughtful, and we really enjoyed talking with them. Everything was packed so well and labelled consistently, it made unpacking much simpler. Could not recommend the team more.

  I hired Monica and her team to help me pack, move my belongings into storage, and finally move everything into my new place. The whole process was complete over 2 months duration. The coordination, communication, responsiveness and overall engagement was excellent. Monica visited and scouted both my old apartment and my new house and provided me with timely quotes for the services. Adriana packed my stuff professionally and within the estimated timeframe. The movers were incredibly efficient, fast and professional. Monica organised everything which helped me immensely during an incredibly stressful time. I highly recommend her services. Worth every single penny!

  I worked with Monica and her team 3 times in the last 8 weeks and I was very pleased with her attention to detail and professionalism. She uses a simple and effective colour coding technique to ensure boxes end up in the right room on the other side of the move. Both her and Adrianna did meticulous, careful work in packing up my home, and the moving companies they work with were all truly professional, ensuring our things were treated with the utmost care. Monica’s communication and integrity were excellent throughout. During one of our three moves, an honest mistake by one of the movers was identified— and immediately taken care of my Monica, no questions asked. If I ever move again (and hopefully not!) I wouldn’t hesitate to call Monica back.
