I had a wonderful experience with Simply Home. Rosalind was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. Together with her colleagues, everyone was very understanding of the emotional side of the process, while also being practical and solution-oriented. They helped me make decisions, kept everything moving, and even followed up with consignment stores on my behalf. I really appreciated how much they took care of and how easy they made the whole process. I was on a short timeline, and this project wouldn’t have been possible without a service like this. I have already recommended Simply Home, to friends and family. Thank you to the team!

As with the many other reviewers here, I can't say enough positive things about Pauline Duhart and her team at Simply Home Downsizing! We are getting my mother's house ready to sell (and speed was of the essence) and there was so much to clear out (and emotional stress). Pauline was so caring and thoughtful about the whole process from start to finish - as well as amazingly flexible. She gave the best advice about how to proceed. Her amazing team worked hard to make a difficult day go so smoothly and with such warmth and kindness - and amazing efficiency! Her team organizes everything with both speed and sensitivity - which is a remarkable combination. My sister and I couldn't be happier about having the pleasure to work with Pauline and her crew! I highly recommend Pauline Duhart and her team. I had to have an small apartment cleared out on short notice in difficult circumstances. She responded quickly with a quote, the team was there within a few days, and the work was done in less time than expected. The apartment contents were sorted and sent to recycling, donations, garbage, toxic waste etc. A much appreciated service in a difficult time. Thank you to Pauline and her team!!
