Adria has a rare and beautiful ability to hold space with deep empathy, patience, and presence. Through our work together, I’ve begun to heal pain I had carried for years — emotional wounds, grief, anxiety, and the heavy weight of self-doubt. What stands out most is her compassionate approach where I never feel judged. She naturally creates a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment that allows me to open up at my own pace.
