Sally-Anne legitimately changed my life. Both regular therapy and EMDR combined to help me through a ton of deep-rooted and interconnected issues. I'll still always have work to do, but I never thought I would be where I am today before I started seeing her. Highly, highly recommend working with Sally-Anne!

I've done years of talk therapy, which helped me understand why I react the way I do—but EMDR with Sally-Anne has taken things to another level. With her guidance, my brain has done the work that talk therapy alone couldn’t. Triggers that used to feel overwhelming simply don't anymore. I'm so grateful for the progress I’ve made. If you're considering EMDR, I can’t recommend Sally-Anne enough.

I've had magical experiences with Sally Anne in our EMDR sessions. Sally is sweet, highly skilled and creates a safe environment to be vulnerable and to be expressive . I've had breakthroughs with one session already so I highly recommend her. Her positive reviews stand up to her reputation .
