Tara has been amazing. I’m a person who likes direction with the explanation as to why we are doing this and how it will help/benefit me. Tara is excellent at explaining this. She’s patient and kind and is very easy to talk to.

I have booked several appointments to see Rod to help me with my lack of confidence and for help in dealing with criticism at work. Rod was easy-going and easy to talk to. He draws from a wealth of personal experience that was really helpful. Now I've rediscovered my inner reserves of courage and I walk gently on this earth with my head held high knowing that I deserve to be here and that I'm awesome! Thanks Rod!

He is an amazing man with an amazing gift to process these traumatic memories into thoughts that are easy to manage. Thanks a ton Doug really helped me at my hardest mental time in my life !
