Our Paul Kane senior girls basketball team had the privilege of working with Samantha Baira from Summit Counselling, and the impact she had was incredible. She introduced our athletes to sport psychology strategies that really made a difference both on and off the court. Samantha created a supportive, positive environment where the girls felt comfortable opening up, learning how to manage pressure, build confidence, and strengthen their mental game. Her sessions were engaging, practical, and tailored to the unique needs of our team. We saw noticeable growth in resilience, focus, and team cohesion thanks to her guidance. Samantha’s passion for helping athletes succeed shines through in everything she does.
