We had been seeing Charolette for a couple years who my son really enjoyed . Suddenly got a phone call stating her schedule had change. The receptionist stated she wasn't working Saturdays anymore then she changed her story that she isn't available at 11 and was very vague. She said management would call then shortly after I get an email stating asking if we would change to Mondays. She claimed management called which they didn't so another lie. It was all very dishonest to me and odd that they could care less about someone who has been going to them for years. Very poor customer service!

My OT is Mr. John Haung. He was excellent. Think about patient condition all the time. He promote my health physically & mentally.highly recommend!!!

Incredibly unprofessional. I booked 2 sessions, but had to completely restart the entire process because they failed to mention that the person I was working with would be going on break for 3 months. Definitely would not recommend, they seem to only be after money and have no real intention of helping people.
