  The Technician Alpesh Kumar did a great job, he is patient, he spend time to look for what is going on and find the problem and fix it. Now the Dry work perfectly. I am totaly sarisfied by the quality of the services done the technician and will recommend him without hesitation. Good job done and tank you.

  If you are fortunate enough to receive same-day service from this company, the technician may well meet your needs efficiently. My experience with the Techville office, however, was extraordinarily poor. Their technician diagnosed my refrigerator/freezer with a failed thermostat and instructed the office to order a specific replacement part. I was told the part would arrive within 10 business days, after which Techville would contact me to arrange the follow-up installation. Three business days later, their office called me to confirm the same arrangement. *20 business days* after the initial visit, they hadn't followed up yet and my freezer was gradually beginning to ice over again. Having already been quite patient, I contacted Techville in writing for an update. I was told, "We'll check with our Parts Manager and get back to you as soon as we can." They did not get back to me. I waited another 2 weeks and contacted them by e-mail again. They ignored me. Finally, *one and a half months* after the technician diagnosis, I began making multiple phone calls per day demanding an update. First, the receptionist responds with the same "let me check with the Parts Manager and we'll call you back". Of course, they don't! I follow up by calling again the next day: they put me in touch with the Parts Manager, who still can't even answer my question about the availability of a basic part that they promised to order 7 weeks prior. The Parts Manager defers to the technicians saying "let me get our tech on the phone, I'll ask him if we have the part and get back you". Then she doesn't. I call again later the same day. Same attitude, same approach, deferring to the technician on the matter of part availability. Promises to call me back within 30 minutes. Not only do they not keep this clearly stated promise, but the Parts Manager refuses to answer when I call back, then disconnects my call before picking up when I try again. After 5 PM on Friday, I reach the receptionist who tells me, "I can't help you now, the Parts Manager doesn't work on weekends, let me ask them about the part when they return on Monday". At this point, we are past the stage of patience being an appropriate mindset for any reasonable person. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence and buck-passing. I contacted competing appliance-repair companies over the weekend and received prompt responses from multiple companies willing to verify the part and arrange service. The part I was waiting on, I was told, is easily accessible and can be purchased immediately from numerous sources. I ultimately gave my business to another company, and received prompt service. Make of this what you will.

  I finally am taking the time to give you my evaluation of your service. It was terrible. I explained in detail the situation with my stove, and I was told it could be repaired. They sent a person who worked on it a lot and finally said he could not fix it , I would have to invest in an entirely new oven door. My complaint is that you charged us for a service that could not be completed. Yes, you took the cost of the part back however, under the circumstances, you should not have charged me not only for the service call rate, but the extra time he spent trying to fix it with no result! I have not, and will not recommend you to anybody and I will not use your service again unless this can be rectified. The only solution is you should return to me at least in part the money you charged me for a repair that didn’t happen. Obviously, it would not be worth paying for a new oven door( repair guy advised us it would cost at least $700/800) and then paying to have it installed so we bought a new oven. Under the circumstances, I feel strongly that you should’ve at least reimburse us for part of the money you charged. I understand there’s a basic service charge however, it was higher due to the extra time he spent trying to fix it. Also, he was on his phone many times I asking for advice because he could not fix it. I hope you look back on my record as this happened several weeks ago and reconsider, giving us a reimbursement.
