One of our child's therapists referred this clinic to my in-laws. Matthew thoroughly conducted their hearing assessments, provided detailed recommendations, and took the time to explain the available options. After doing our own research and comparing several clinics, we chose to proceed with them. My in-laws were fitted with the latest hearing aid technology, and we found their pricing and product offerings to be far more competitive than those of other clinics. I would definitely say they offer excellent value for money. The team is highly dedicated, honest, and professional. There was absolutely no sales pressure, and the level of service provided was outstanding. Special kudos to Lissa. We highly recommend them.
