They are very nice, and while receiving the shock wave treatment I did find they were flexible with making appointments. My problem was the wait time for my orthotics and the subsequent issues I experienced from wearing them. I ordered one pair which took almost 3 months. After being dismissed a few times on the phone I had to really push back to get them to look into why they were taking so long. I suspect they were not ordered initially. I decided to give them another chance and order a second pair which resulted in the same wait time. I did express some concerns with the way one side felt and was told I would get used to them. I did not get used to them ended up with a new issue on the foot that was never a problem. I had one adjustment and I didn’t return for any more as I was put off dealing with them after the second pair were also delayed. I have since gone somewhere else and gotten orthotics that have caused me no issues. I get that things happen but it was not a good experience for me.

Update: (from 5 star to 3 star) I stopped coming to this clinic after my last visit last fall. I came in with the same toe issues and was shown 2 products which I had already purchased at the clinic at my last visit *(over $60 CAD) - we had a nice conversation and I was told there was nothing more to be done, and I was sent on my way to pay the bill *($65). Dr. Springer and his staff are lovely, but I won't be returning. Original review: Today was my first visit to the clinic. I was impressed with the professional, knowledgeable and friendly interaction with Andrew and Trish. My walk home was considerably more comfortable than my walk to the clinic. An immediate improvement, thank you!

Completely satisfied with my experience, and highly recommend. From the get go I was welcomed my Trish, a wonderfully personable and competent assistant. A true asset to Dr Springer's team. My reason for going there was addressed successfully. Thankyou both so much!
