  I had an excellent experience at the foot clinic with Carlos Choi, D.Ch. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive to his patients’ concerns. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, clearly explain the treatment plan, and answer all of my questions with patience and care. The treatment was effective, and I noticed significant improvement quickly. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and efficiently run, which made the entire visit stress-free. I truly appreciated Carlos’s compassionate approach and commitment to providing high-quality care. I highly recommend Carlos Choi, D.Ch., to anyone looking for outstanding foot care. You can trust you’re in excellent hands here. Kyle at the front desk is awesome too got me booked in same day !!

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I do not recommend this foot clinic. I had been receiving treatment here for almost a year and never missed an appointment. But this time, due to a mistake, I was about 30 minutes late. I called the clinic to let them know I’d be late and asked if there was any other available time today. They told me there were no openings and that I would have to reschedule—and that I needed to pay a no-show fee for not keeping my appointment. When I asked how much the fee was, they said $75. I told them that was too high, but they insisted that I still had to pay it. I also want to point out that after nearly a year of treatment, my condition barely improved. Every visit was essentially the same—around five minutes of quick toenail trimming and cleaning, and that was it. I was paying clinic fees for something that had no meaningful effect. Honestly, I could’ve saved money by just getting a prescription spray from my family doctor and treating it at home. The whole experience felt pointless. The treatments themselves were quite careless as well. They rushed through the procedures, and toenail cleaning was often painful. Even when I arrived on time for my appointments, I still had to wait an additional 5–10 minutes. I never once heard Dr. David apologize for being late, and there were times when he even answered calls or texted during the treatment. There are many much better foot clinics in the area, so I strongly recommend going somewhere else. I’ve decided to switch clinics as well after this experience.
