Al and Roxanne were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I truly felt cared for throughout the entire process and am so grateful for their help.

Called to see if they did consultations and if so how much. Was asked lots of questions over a 3 day period because "that was just their procedure and they need to know how best to help me" never having my questions answered and telling some woman more than I should have.Then was told someone would be phoning me when I asked if I was being billed for it and was this the consultation was told no she just wants to ask you some questions. Decided nope not answering any more questions so I canceled. After checking my emails I come across one from the firm informing me that the appointment was actually the consultation and I had to pay $250.00 2 days beforehand or it would be automatically canceled. Not impressed, total waste of my time

I used Al Le to do my will. He discovered an issue with having an out of country executor which I would not otherwise have known about and I was able to make the necessary changes. Highly knowledgeable, fantastic service and excellent communication.
