Kate, the audiologist, and Georgia at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful. I got an earwax removal and the hearing test done. Easy to book and efficient during the appointment. Thank you!

I had gone first to Toronto. Family Hearing Clinic almost 2 years ago for a hearing test. I went there frankly because it was right across from my family doctor. I revisited the clinic recently. I knew my hearing was declining, and needed to consider hearing aids. An excellent, personable very professional and reassuring audiologist, Julia Trolia tested then recommended we try out some hearing aids. She was very patient and sensitive with any questions I had. I’ve now been using the hearing aids for 6 days, and am very satisfied with the choice we made together. It’s so important to me that I totally trust whatever medical advice I receive and I feel that with Julia. Also I’d like to add a positive comment about Georgia who is at the front desk, she is most helpful and can assist in issues one might have if Julia is not available. They deserve my 5 star rating Sincerely Janet Law Dickie

My GP referred me to the Toronto Family Hearing clinic at 1366 Yonge St for a hearing assessment. The clinic is very conveniently located to the subway at Yonge and St. Clair as well as Green P parking on Pleasant Blvd. I was delighted with professionalism of the team of Julia Trolio (Audiologist) and Georgia Beaudry (Patient Care Coordinator) who looked after me. Arranging the appointment, conducting the assessment and reporting the results were handled very efficiently. I'd happily recommend this team to anyone looking to have a hearing assessment based on my recent experience.
