This place is not designed for toddlers. Didnt test properly coz they obviously are not designed for toddler testing. Still made us pay the full fee. The technician fakes her niceness while making you feel horribly judged as a toddler mom. Dont recommend! Experience was horrid!

If you suspect your young child has hearing loss and they are 6 or under, this place will waste your time and money. They are more than happy to charge you for two hearing tests and then tell you to get referred to the Infant Hearing Program somewhere else. Not only will you have to pay out of pocket for the hearing tests, you will also be months behind in getting your child the help they need. The actual testing process was fine, but the doctor did not explain the results very well. She vaguely described some things while pointing to a chart on an iPad while we were trying to handle our toddler. We had a much better experience with a doctor within the Infant Hearing Program. Ask your pediatrician/family doctor to refer you to a clinic that works with the Infant Hearing Program. These other clinics charge less for hearing tests, and the cost is covered for children who qualify for the program. We have had an extremely long journey getting our child hearing aids (almost a year and we're still waiting). Our child would have hearing aids now if this clinic was honest about how they can help young children.

Thank you to the audiologists who work here for truly understanding and demonstrating patience. They also offer OAE (otoacoustic emissions) tests if you're looking for that
